Shipping-Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping via Federal Express Ground. Orders for gallons, five gallon pails, 55 gallon drums, and International orders must "order" freight from the freight surcharge category of the website. Pail and drum shipping charges are listed. Internatinal orders will be weighed and you will be advised of the shipping cost.
Returns-All unused products are returnable for full refund if returned within 14 days with a copy of the original invoice and return authorization number. Because of the limited shelf life of most products the batch number on the returned product must match the batch number on the original shipment and the package must be received in good condition.
